The first question you probably have is, Do penis exercises work? The short answer is, yes, they can be very effective ways to increase the size of your penis , but we’ll address this question in more detail. Like any exercise, in order to obtain good results, you need to know just how to exercise properly, safely, and with regular dedication. Exercises to make your penis bigger are not a quick fix, but they can be easy, as long as you have a bit of time to dedicate each day.

It will make your exercises quite effective and you will experience faster growth in both the girth and length. You could use a heating pad, a warm cloth or a rice sock. All you need to do is to ensure it is warm and wrap it around your penis, on the entire shaft of your penis. Once you have wrapped the cloth around your penis you should leave it there for about five to ten minutes. While warming your penis, the cloth should not be hot as it might burn you.

While doing the stretch penis exercises it does not matter your position, you could choose to lie down, stand or sit. It is upon you to choose the most comfortable position. It is recommended that you do the stretches when the penis is flaccid especially for the first 3 to 6 months as when erected, you may cause an injury. As you do the stretches, you could use your bare hands or you be aided with baby powder, fabrics or some rubber gloves to ensure a tight grip. If you notice some small red dots, it is normal especially if you do manual ones and some dry jelqing.

Jelqing is one of the most ancient penis enlargement exercises being practiced until today due to its effectiveness. To do this, grip the penis with your thumb and index finger. Slide your hand upward while maintaining your grip. This is to push the blood into inner erectile tissues. When your fingers reach the top, use your other hand to grip the bottom and do the same process. This exercise is just like milking a cow. It is advised to use lubricating gel or oil for your convenience. Approximately 30 minutes is enough to do this exercise every day.

Warning!overdoing penis exercises, both in number of reps and intensity or duration of particular penis exercise can easily cause side effects (bruises, discoloration, swelling etc.), so you should be highly concentrated and careful when doing these exercises.
